We believe in making conveyancing fees affordable and offer our clients. The reason we can keep our fees and costs so low is that we run a low-overhead paperless office.
We pride ourselves on offering affordable, reasonably-priced rates to our clients while also delivering professional, competent and ethical service. In the interests of transparency, you will be provided with a fully itemised cost disclosure statement that outlines the services we have provided.
While we are able to keep our standard conveyancing fee low, there are some variance factors that require extra work when completing the conveyancing, which involve additional costs. These relate to:
- Rural properties
- Water Transfers
- Lender involvement
- Owner’s corporation
- Identity verification
- Release of deposit (section 27)
- Settlement date changes
- Early occupation under a licence agreement
- Other additional in house services as required

Contract review service available
We offer a standard non urgent contract review. Should your offer be accepted and the property settle, the fee is deducted from the professional fees at settlement . Payment is required prior to the review.
Contract review (upfront payment 24 hours prior to review) - refundable if matter settles
Under 120 pages $165.00 incl GST
120 – 400 pages $220.00 incl GST
Over 400 pages $330.00 incl GST
Urgent Fee* is $165.00 inc GST in addition to the above tier fees
Off the Plan** contract review fees are not refundable due to the complexity of the contract
*Urgent review is deemed less than 24 hours notice and the fee is non refundable
* *Off the Plan contracts can include land and/or land & dwelling construction
